If your friend looks like this, she's totally adorable. You've put a really cute expression in her eyes and the angles of her jaw make her look like a pixie There are a few proportion things you could work with if you're wanting to make it more realistic - her ear is a bit small and although her mouth isn't necessarily too small it doesn't quite work with the nose above it. Noses are hard. The best suggestion I can give for them is to only use solid lines around the bottom where her nostrils are and then try and insinuate the lines going up from there using soft shading. If you put a solid line in it seems to work better if you only do it for one side. That said, you've done a pretty good job with it, but it's not quite in the same style as her mouth (if you cover up one or the other you can kind of see that they both work with her eyes really well, but in different ways). I really like the way you've done her hair - it's not overly detailed but there's enough lines that give it a really defined and stylistic shape Not sure it needs the solid line to show her hairline on her face, but it depends if you're going for realism or a stylised sketch. All in all I hope this was useful feedback, and I should point out I would be totally stoked on getting a picture like that - it's a really nice, flattering sketch
